👉 “The Company” means Chandrahans PTE. LTD., including its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
👉 “Package” means the combination of one or more Sessions included in a Customer’s Booking Request.
👉 “Scheduled Booking ” means the agreed date and time when the company will provide the Booked Services as requested in your Booking.
👉 “Intellectual Property Rights” means all intellectual and industrial property owned or used by the Company, including the Website, and without limitation, all copyrights, designs, drawings, technical information, models, trademarks, trade names, confidential information, know-how, discoveries, and inventions.
👉 “Booked Services” means the Domestic Services requested in the Booking Request, including any follow-up or rectification work as outlined in the Service Agreement.
👉 “Booking Request or Service Request” means your online booking for the Booked Services.
👉 “Booked Service or Service Request Fee” means the total payable amount for the Booked Services.
👉 “A reference” it includes whole and each part; to persons, both collectively and individually; and to any document, all its amendments, supplements, or replacements.
👉 "Website" refers to Chandrahans PTE. LTD., accessible from https://chandrahans.com
👉 "Usage Data" refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
👉 Free Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session on our whatsapp up to 10 hours before the scheduled booking time at no extra cost.
👉 Cancellations: No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
👉 Session Termination: If a session is terminated for any reason, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service.
👉 Late Rescheduling:
a. Rescheduling within 10 to 8 hours before the scheduled time will incur a penalty of 0.5 hour of the booked service fee.
b. Rescheduling within 8 hours or less before the scheduled time will incur a penalty of the half booked service fee.
c. For late rescheduling, please contact us directly by phone.
👉 Office Hours: For manual bookings and support, our office hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
👉 Cash payments are not accepted.
👉 Online payments via PayNow using the UEN number are accepted and subject to an additional $0.5 admin fee.
👉 Please provide your complete address, including block number, unit number, and postal code, for accurate service delivery.
👉 After payment, we will confirm your booking and share details of the assigned worker.
👉 An invoice will be issued upon successful payment.
👉 A $5 surcharge per service/session applies for bookings on public holidays.
👉 Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.
👉 All prices are subject to a 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), additionally.
👉 All monetary amounts are stated in Singapore Dollars, and all time references are in Singapore local time.
👉 Bookings can be made on the Website and must meet the minimum duration specified.
👉 Bookings require full online payment, as specified in section Payment Policies.
👉 Upon payment, the company will confirm your Booking, issue an Invoice, and allocate Workers based on availability and the most efficient schedule for the day.
👉 The customer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and shall refrain from any wrongdoing, dishonesty, or unethical conduct, including inappropriate behaviour toward a Professional.
👉 The customer shall not use false identification or misrepresentation through any form of communication and shall not make any statements, promises, or guarantees on behalf of Chandrahans PTE. LTD..
👉 For package bookings, we strive to assign the same Worker for all sessions. If unavailable, an alternative Worker will be provided with your consent.
👉 Arrival may vary by 30-40 minutes due to traffic or other factors, do indicate any timing limitations when making a Booking, and we will use reasonable efforts to adhere to them.
👉 Engaging our Workers outside the Website or using the official contact number is prohibited. Any pending session from the bought packages will be cancelled, and refunds will not be provided.
👉 If the Customer requires any assistance in relation to the website or any Service Request, they should contact the customer care or send an email at support@chandrahans.com.
👉 The Company may charge Fees for using the App, viewing Services, or other services it provides, if any.
👉 The Customer acknowledges that the Company may offer varying incentives with different terms and benefits.
👉 Fees for using the platform may be communicated to the Customer from time to time, if any.
👉 The Company may revise rates and payment terms with prior notice(flashing over the website). If the Customer does not agree, they may contact the Company or choose not to use the Services.
👉 For any Settlement amounts due, the Company will provide details. The Customer must pay within 7 days, failing which the amount will be immediately payable on demand.
👉 Availability of Platform and Services: The Company may, at any time and without notice, upgrade, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any Services, in whole or in part. The Company is not liable if such changes prevent your access to the Platform or Services.
👉 Assignment: The Customer may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Company. The Company may assign its rights or interests to any person.
👉 Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
👉 Force Majeure: Neither Party will be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government orders, epidemics, wars, riots, or other similar events (“Force Majeure”). The affected Party must:
a. Notify the other Party within a week of the event; and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects and resume performance as soon as possible.
b. If the Force Majeure continues for more than 7 consecutive days, either Party may terminate the Agreement by notice.
👉 Waiver: No delay or failure in exercising any right, power, or remedy under this Agreement constitutes a waiver. Partial or single exercise of any right does not prevent further or other exercises of rights under this Agreement.
👉 Cumulative Rights: Unless expressly stated otherwise, rights, powers, or remedies under this Agreement are cumulative and do not limit any other rights or remedies provided by law, equity, or elsewhere in this Agreement.
👉 No Third-Party Rights: No person who is not a Party to this Agreement has any rights to enforce it under the Singapore Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B), which is expressly excluded.
